I move through life focusing on the moment, the breath, and staying present. I believe through movement, mindfulness, and self awareness we can heal our bodies and quiet the chaos and distraction of our days. Attention to the breath and staying in the here and now is weaved through my classes.

My classes blend mindful movement, with a healthy dose of humor and playfulness. I believe that doing yoga can make you feel great! Whether you're here to stretch, de-stress, or simply take time for yourself, you're welcome to roll out your mat and to know that you don't have to touch your toes or do headstands to enjoy yoga.

Jen Stock
A practicing Yogini since 1989, Jen Stock weaves together decades of personal practice and formal yoga Teacher Training to create classes that are both mindful and deeply restorative. Her teaching blends the alignment principles of Iyengar Yogawith restorative and Somatic mindful movement - inviting students to slow down, tune in, and follow their chi.
Jen's approach honors the body's intelligence and the art of awareness. She looks forward to sharing this mindful journey with you in class.

Damita McCain
Life is full of present surprises!!! That is the mindset I embrace in my personal practice. To be aware of all the changes that the practice of yoga can bring. Forever presenting a challenge, to breathe, move and expand.
As one endeavors themselves into their practice, one begins to feel the change. The pull of your hamstrings, the strengthening of your core, and the flexibility of your mind, body, and soul.
It is my personal belief that yoga is my spiritual calling to life. I can only considermyself to be honored and blessed to bring these sacred teachings to light.
Just Breathe!!!
