Welcome to Lotus Breeze Yoga Studio! Originally Goodness Yoga in East Rockaway. Our goal is to provide you with a space to roll out your mat and call your yoga home. Heal, strengthen and build flexibility. Quiet your mind and find peace.

We are located at 15 Main Street. East Rockaway, 11518. There is free parking on Main Street, in front of the studio. Enter throught the main entrance. Our studio is inside the door to the right.

Practice In Studio - Sign up here or drop in.  Classes are $15 paid to the instructor listed under class listing. Pay in cash, venmo or zelle. Bring your own mat. 

Practice on Zoom- $10 paid by venmo or zelle. Some classes available on Zoom live stream. You will recieve a link when you register.
