Service Description

Mix of Hatha, Alignment and Restorative Hatha to help bring peace to the mind and body. Alignment for a variety of poses to tone the muscles, calm the mind and strengthen the spirit, and Restorative to allow holding poses longer and help give the benefits of a deep passive stretch.
