Welcome to Lotus Breeze Yoga Studio! Originally Goodness Yoga in East Rockaway. Our goal is to provide you with a space to roll out your mat and call your yoga home. Heal, strengthen and build flexibility. Quiet your mind and find peace.

We are located at 3001 New Street, Oceanside. 2nd Floor. When you see Barrier Brewing- we are the far end of the same building. There is free parking right in front of the building, or in front of the fence. You will find us on the 2nd floor.

PRACTICE IN STUDIO - Sign up here or drop in is welcome.  Classes are $15 paid to the instructor listed under class listing. Pay in cash, venmo or zelle. Bring your own mat. 

PRACTICE ON ZOOM- $15 paid by venmo or zelle. Some classes available on Zoom live stream. You will recieve a link when you register.
